@teraflex Which direction should the lower ball joint adjustment roate to tighten the preload? I dont see any indication in the installation instructions or on this video.... Depending how the special wrench is oriented on the torque wrench it could be either direction. Thanks.

I truly live by Falcons. I purchased the first edition Falcons in 2016 or 2017 for my 15 JKU, and they have been amazing. I have been in the military for 16 years, have moved a lot, and I have put about 130,000 miles on my original set. I have been to the Rubicon, MOAB, Ouray Rausch, the Imperial Sand Dunes, and beyond with zero issues from these shocks. Now that my Jeep has reached 160k miles, I believe it's a good time to send them back to Teraflex for a rebuild, but not because I am having an issue, but rather because I want to continue to push these shocks to their limits. Since the installation of the shocks, my entire suspension is Teraflex, and I am truly grateful for the quality of their equipment. Thanks team.

I wish they would do install with rental tools like most of us use. You have to install the lower first what's your typical Auto parts rental tool.

My wife had these brakes installed on her Rubicon last November and although they brake very well, they make a whistling sound when braking. Do you know the reason why this could happen? be happening. Also the pads are releasing a brown colir dust. Please if you could help me. Thanks in advance. Dade county jeeps ✌️❤️.

Tried a jeep with teraflex axles and brakes and a jeep with fusion axles with wilwoods. Both on 40 nittos. The fusion jeep absolutely annihilated the other.

The stock front brakes on the JK are the most horribly flawed thing I've ever experienced. I've got 100kms on mine going on my third entire front brake failure.

Can you guys sell replacement separator springs ? Mine keep breaking… and the brakes squeak

Ordered mine a few days ago with lift kit and feel it's a must when lifting over 2.5-3" of lift but some of us have been fortunate enough not to have lost a coil ... doing this so i don't have to lose one again !!! Lol

How do you adjust them when installed for RCV axles? The 3rd set-screw is impossible to reach even when turning the tires.

I'm still going to buy a set of Falcon shocks for my Badlands Sasquatch Bronco. I've owned and put 30k on it. I have never been out-wheeled by a stock Jeep of any year. Neither a slightly modified, lift , wheels and tires. I still like Jeeps, I've owned some. But my Bronco is the best all around outta the box wheeler out there. For me.

This is not a ball joint in the video

Too bad this is a tie rod and not the ball joint. The instructions clearly say ball joint and the video is definitely a tie rod.

After owning these for over a year my opinion is. They are built heavy duty for sure. But you have to tighten them often. Because they are adjustable it’s either too tight or too loose. You will have to tighten them often a huge inconvenience and it may throw off your wheel alignment. The adjustment screws are hard to get to as seen in the video they are small that may strip. If it strips you will need to replace the whole joint. It’s a beef up joint with an easy to damage flaw. if you damage the screw threads, you won’t be able to lock it. my advice is don’t go with an adjustable one.

UM, was waiting for the gate close post install to see how well it holds the weight. May be the best choice but I'm not sending $5XX without knowing that

I was liking it right up to the end when you cut a huge hole in the fender liner. How does all the mud that will go in that hole get out?
